Masterbatch SA’s 18,500 square meter premises in Spartan, Kempton Park, is home to 22 extruders and associated equipment. We have a masterbatch producing capacity second to none in South Africa.

Masterbatch SA has a company policy of continuously upgrading machinery in order to produce a higher quality product in a shorter time. An example of this is our newly acquired white masterbatch plant which is capable of producing in excess of 1000kgs per hour. We are equipped with machinery suited to all high volume or low volume production runs.

Our laboratory makes use of modern equipment and software to facilitate accurate colour matching as well as stringent quality control. Masterbatch SA is ISO 9001:2008 compliant and is committed to constantly improving all aspects of our business. Quality in all our departments is our highest priority.

Masterbatch SA’s staff consists of 85 dedicated and professional employees focused on customer service and satisfaction. Our factory operates on a 24hr production cycle to maximise efficiency and supply customer demand in the shortest time possible.
